Job Title: Presales Lead, Enterprise Services
Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities
- Provide consulting services to customers covering the Signal Alliance Enterprise Service business unit solution areas including Modern Work and Security, Cloud and Data Analytics, Outsourced Services, Business and Custom Applications.
- Understand customers’ Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Business Applications, Security, and overall Data estate requirements. Also understand IT and business priorities and success measures to design implementation architectures and solutions (Microsoft and 3rd party solutions)
- Be an evangelist for Analytics and data warehousing scenarios, modernizing legacy data warehouse and migration to the cloud, new data warehousing deployments and end to end advanced analytics solutions.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, presentations, bid responses and support proposal development.
- Ability to understand customers business processes; requirements and convert them into solution designs.
- Understand business drivers for professional services projects and assist in defining required features and mapping Microsoft services to business needs.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Microsoft Enterprise technologies and tools (Azure, M365, Dynamics 365).
- Collaborating with the Marketing and Sales Team to brainstorm on new solution campaigns, business ideas and on customer engagements.
- Develop and Manage relationships with Key Enterprise Customer Stakeholders.
- Identify Initial Customer Requirements through discovery sessions with clients.
- Identify and develop new product concepts.
- Drive customer solution selling engagements to achieve company set objectives.
- Show Expertise and thought leadership around Microsoft Emerging Technology areas.
- Drive new business opportunities to achieve targets, maintain healthy pipelines and forecast to required operational standards.
- Own key financial target of Enterprise Services for Lagos and South Region.
- Focus on Turkey Services and big-ticket opportunities for Enterprise accounts.
Job Requirement
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 5 – 10 years work experience.
