Product Owner / Scrum Master at Creditville Limited

Through the years, Creditville has developed and continue to deploy the use of digital technologies and innovations to support, enable and provide alternatives to traditional banking, financial and investment services through our specialized subsidiaries.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Product Owner / Scrum Master

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Create and maintain the team’s roadmap, milestones, and dependencies with strategic priorities in mind
Define features, write product specifications, facilitate user studies, iterate on feedback, help write test plans with QA, manage the backlog, and ultimately ship products/features in a timely manner
Interview and interact with customers to build empathy, ensuring that their needs are met.
Prioritize initiatives and projects appropriately and weigh tradeoffs that must be made.
Perform market research and analysis.
Represent the team in communication with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification.
2 – 5 years of product management experience or equivalent.
Experience in product management.
Knowledge of the Fintect industry.
Experience in conducting market research, working with UX research, running hypothesis testing and data analysis
Technical knowledge to understand API documentations.
Demonstrated leadership with a focus on getting things done autonomously.
The ability to collaborate well with designers and engineers.
An analytical and data-driven work style.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization and prioritization skills.
We are looking for candidates at multiple seniority levels
Knowledge of SCRUM project management methodology.
