Responsibilities
- oversees and coordinate the production process
- ensures that the production is cost effective
- decides what resources are required
- estimate costs and set the quality standards
- Monitors the production processes and adjust schedules as needed
- Responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment
- Monitor product standards and implement quality control programmes
- liaise among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers
- Ensures that health and safety guidelines are followed
- Supervises, coordinate and motivate a team of workers
- review worker performance
Requirements
- Minimum 5 yrs.experience in reputable Food Industry
- Candidate must be currently handling at least a supervisory role.
- Candidate should be a Graduate or HND or B.Tech in Science/Food Technology/Mechanical engg.
