Job Description

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Spoken and written English perfectly.
Excel level on scale of 0-10 highest must be 6. Prepare spreadsheets, calculations, analysis
Must be able to use power-point sufficiently to use presentations
Comfortable with ICT, must have a platform knowledge, trainable to be able to use various management software.
Confident with very high leadership skills who can face and solve problems and proffer and implement solutions both internally within the Company and externally with clients and other stakeholders.
Self-Motivated.
Good at multi-task, ability to do many things at the same time and still effectively delegate and coach other people.
Continually improve overall performance and evaluate staff resources
Excellent report writing skills.
Preparing proposals and presentations
Excellent negotiation skills
High driven and motivated.
