An integrated general services company with core competences extending to oil & gas, engineering and maintenance support, asset integrity management, inspections services, manpower support services, drilling supplies and maintenance, procurement and training support services.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Clerk

Location: Lekki – Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the maintenance of a neat orderly field office
  • Provide Support for Project Implementation team
  • Maintain up-to-date files and records of project documentation on a daily basis.
  • Provide logistical support for Project Board meetings, workshops, and other meetings
  • Support the project manager in administrative tasks related to routine implementation
  • Responsible for setting up and maintaining a neat and efficient filing system
  • Constant monitoring of office machineries & heavy equipment and taking records of daily fuel consumption.
  • In the absence of the Project Engineer, the Project Clerk shall inventory all deliveries to assure that they conform to orders placed and that the quantities and prices charged
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the project manager and other supervisors.
  • Organize office activities and type all field correspondences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, HND, OND qualification with at least 3 years work experience.
