We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Lagos
Key Responsibilities
- Drives timely delivery of each project phase in the masterplan, under the guidance of the Head Project Manager
- Coordination of project design and documentation from various disciplines (local and international)
- Superb Hands-on-experience in project programme, aggressive timelines and people management
- Manage vertical and horizontal communication
- Cost management across board
- Technical coordination of design information
Person Specification
- PMP
- 7 – 9 years’ experience across different construction projects
- Self-starter, determined and confident
- Excellent communicator
