Though incorporated in 2008, Dayola Property started business with Investment and Trade, while building relationships and experience that has been taken into property development.
In the residential market, the company has targeted the first-time homeowner and the investor looking for a value-for-money investments, and numerous complexes have been completed. These have either been sold under sectional title or retained as investment properties. Units in our investment portfolio become available for lease from time to time. We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Project Officer (Construction)
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Assist in the delivery of project administrative tasks.
- Assist in preparing schedules and ensure appropriate filing and paperwork.
- Arranging logistics for project meetings and other related project events.
- Assist with project tracking during project execution; this includes but not restricted to cost tracking, time tracking and quality tracking.
- Provide the needed documents for all implementations and activities on site.
- Monitoring the achievement of project activities
- Maintaining project deliverables under the direction of the project manager/team lead.
- Monitor project coordination for vendors.
- Monitor the material and tools spending to stay on budget.
- Enforcing general compliance to project plans.
- Assist in managing the project calendar.
- Collaborate with the construction manager to provide all the safety needs.
- Maintain records of all construction dates and project costs.
- Adequately assist in following up on project/site activities.
- Ability to adequately take minutes for project meetings.
- Sufficiently keeping project records.
- Carry out project researches.
- Preparing and presenting detailed progress reports weekly.
- Attending to facility maintenance request from the facility management department
- Assist with the delivery of repairs of building and facilities.
- Efficiently managing project files, mails, letters and project general data.
- Effectively disseminating project information to project stakeholders.
- Take action when problems occur
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with 5 – 8 years work experience.
