Job Title: Property Advisor
Location: Gbagada, Lagos

Job Responsibilities
- The Property Advisor will work closely with Real Estate Managers to give specialized investment and financial advice to clients looking to buy, sell or invest in property. They will be trained to work in teams throughout the process of buying and selling properties, with an opportunity to earn unlimited income, identify opportunities for business growth and build effective relationships.
Requirements
- Excellent Communication skills
- Passion for sales, especially in the Real Estate sector
- Analytical thinking, excellent team player
- Self-regulating, works well under pressure
- Collaboration and relationship management.
Benefits
- Net pay: N50,000 monthly, plus Commission, Pension, HMO
- Commission: 2.5% of every sale made
