Job Title: Property Marketing Executive

Job Description

We require the service of a versatile and result oriented on and off marketing executives with minimum of two (2) years working experience to work closely with staff and management to create and implement marketing strategy of property.
The ideal candidate must have knowledge of the industry and must be able to add value to the organisation.

Primary Duties

Develop a system to determine effective marketing strategies that suits the company’s needs.
Develop company marketing and advertising skills that operate effectively.
Maintain a follow up system to keep our clients and prospects updated on the development.
Create an online marketing effect with a good reputation of the company.

Requirements

Minimum of two (2) years working experience in Real Estate, Construction and Allies marketing.
OND/HND/B.Sc in Business Admin, Marketing, Estate Management or English.
Able to negotiate and close sales.
Exceptional employable and interpersonal skills
A good team player and positive attitude.
