Job Description

We are looking to hire Real Estate Listing Agents to join our team and add value to our business. Friendly, outgoing personalities are a must.

Job Descriptions

Generate leads.
Interview prospective clients.
Schedule property listings.
Respond to all leads in a timely fashion to build a strong client base.
Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well researched.
Work with clients to stage and market properties that draw in buyers/renters and their real estate agents to quickly close deals.
Coordinate with property inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections.
Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listings to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings.
Attend closing processes to provide support to the customer when appropriate.

Requirements

Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis
Strong verbal and written communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills including the ability to quickly build rapport with both clients.
Honest and trustworthy.
A commitment to excellent customer service.
Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
Tech savvy
Possesses a real estate licence.
