Role Description

• The right candidate will help market the company’s brand both online and offline.
• The successful individual will create and maintain a leading online / e-commerce brand presence.
• Harness and coordinate trade marketing activity throughout the business.
• Successful candidate for this role will report directly to the Marketing Manager.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of professional experience in real estate marketing.
• Must be conversant with the AIDA Sales/Marketing Approach of winning clients (Attention >>> Interest >>> Desire >>> Action).
• Must be able to carry out research on the company’s industry; Analyze and be in tandem with market intelligence for niche trends.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills for seamless relationships with prospects.
