Job Title: Real Estate Marketer
Location: Lagos Island, Lagos

- We are currently recruiting for real estate marketers to drive sales via various marketing strategies for our products and services.
Job Description
- Implement marketing plans and work to meet sales target.
- Meeting up with potential clients and convincing them on the need to buy a property.
- Ability to convert your prospect leads to sales of property.
- Sales focus – Landed properties at Ibeju Lekki
- Generate client database
- Participate on behalf of company in Exhibitions, conferences and seminars
- Track marketing and sales data and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Candidate must have 1-2 years of experience with any Real Estate Firm or must have passion and ability to persuade clients to buy properties
- Must have worked with a Real Estate Firm
- Must reside on the Island preferably Ikota/Ajah/Sangotedo/Awoyaya environs or nearby
Salary
Between N30,000- N50,000 as monthly salary plus benefits and commission
