Job Description

They are in need of a receivable officer who would be in charge of assuring operational correctness and efficiency, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and safeguarding income by confirming and publishing receipts.

Responsibilities

Processing accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data
Preparing bills receivable, invoices and bank deposits

Job Requirements

1-3 years Accounting Graduate
Proven working experience as Accounts Receivable Clerk, Accounts Receivable Manager or accountant
Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
