Job Description

Attending Customer Complaints both walkin Customer and Online.
Booking of Job order Card for devices/ Products and updating on Computer System.
Relating to Customers for Quotation for nonwarranty, Pickup and products Status.
Relating with Dealers as respect to Customer product information.
Daily Updating and reporting of Cashup Of Nonwarranty
Daily Updating and reporting of devices and products received and dispatched
Liaise with the technician on device and product allocation.
Collating and reporting of devices and products from Courier partner.
