Job Title: Receptionist/Customer Service Representative
Location: Anambra
Job Descriptions
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Handle customer’s complaints ,provide appropriate solutions,alternatives and follow up to ensure resolution
- keep records of customer’s interaction,process,customer’s accounts and file documents.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
- Give customers information about products and service
Job Requirements
- B.Sc/HND in Mass communication and other relevant course of study
- MUST be resident in Onitsha
- MUST have at least 2-3 years experience in customer service
- MUST be computer literate
- Proficient in English(Oral and Written)
- Presentation skills
- MUST be smart and very resourcesful
- Open to Female Only
