A reputable company operating in the Oil & Gas and Construction is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: HVAC Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Qualifications

B.Sc or HND or ND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
First aid certificate level 1
A minimum of ten (10) years direct professional-level position in supervisory capacity, with related work experience (certified)
ATEX qualification will be a reason for preference.

Knowledge/Skills Required:

Must be capable of working without supervision and must be capable to supervise and participate in skilled maintenance, repair and renovation of HVAC systems (chillers, package units, AHUs) and related electrical services
He will oversee preventive maintenance programmes to ensure that equipment is being tracked and maintained
Requisite knowledge of repair, replacement and regulation of HVAC equipment, applicable codes and regulations, appropriate safety precautions and procedures personnel operational training
Resident of Port Harcourt or must be willing to relocate to Port Harcourt
Must not be older than 40 years of age
