Bee Turnkey Limited is a construction company that engages in the development of estates, residential houses and commercial buildings.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Resident Manager

Location: Owerri, Imo
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

  • Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of all current and future residential and commercial projects in line with company policy and brand standards.

Job Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the HBDM position are:

  • Assist in maximizing all areas of profitability through revenue generation and productivity
  • Ensure increased levels of client and customer satisfaction
  • Responsible for maintaining the administrative records, materials, plant and equipment
  • Prospection and business development of company activities, service lines and operations
  • Ensure that all staff within each department are adequately trained and developed in line with company policy and health and safety standards
  • Responsible for administrative, human and financial management and budgeting
  • Ensure consistency of brand standards and a high level of performance and service delivery.

Qualifications We’re Looking For

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
  • At least 5 years experience in an Executive role in the real estate industry or business development position
  • Strong background in real estate and construction industry
  • Experience in residential and commercial property management will be an advantage

The Ideal Candidate Must:

  • Visionary and strategic thinker and ability to convert plans to action
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines and budgets
  • Great communication and team working skills
  • Understanding of all building regulations, health and safety regulations and first aid
  • Ability to communicate with a wide range or professionals
  • Ability to adapt and adjust to changes in the work schedule/work plan
  • Good understanding of legal responsibilities and welfare issues
  • Positive attitude, customer service oriented, team player, and great organization and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand and mediate issues (ex: occupational health, legal, behavioral, safety, etc.).

Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
