Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

• We are looking for a friendly and customer service-oriented Retail Sales Associate to work in our outlets.
• The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for welcoming customers, answering any queries about the products, helping customers ring up their purchases and manage the general Retail store.
• This individual must act as a Retail Sales Associate and must have excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome customers
• Advise and recommend to customers on the use of household accessories
• Cross-sell promotional offers
• Render aftersales services were necessary
• Keep the showroom neat and organized.
• Ensure that an accurate record of the inventory is kept.
• Document and report all customer complaints to supervisors
• Basic Book-keeping of all the sales made daily and subsequently
• Promote the company products and services through alternative channels

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree qualification
• Relevant experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales personnel and other related experiences.
• Must be a degree holder from any field.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Should have great communication skills
• Ability to work in a team.
