The Police Public Relations Officer said a 16-year-old boy was infected by the suspect with HIV in October 2018, stressing that he knew he was HIV positive and was deliberately infecting innocent teenagers and adults.
Chizemdere was also said to have confessed that he paid the boys N2,000 each, anytime he had carnal knowledge of them.
