We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: RF Engineer

Location: Abuja

Key Responsibilities

• The Candidate will be responsible for Quality RF link for clients
• The candidate will support the Network team for effective operations of Radio Network to ensure network performance is of highest quality that meets business objectives.
• The candidate should demonstrate technical and trouble shooting skills with customer focus.
• Handle Analysis of KPIs, investigation and improvement of AP radio quality delivery
• Co-ordination with the Network engineers for rectifying radio link problems and improving the link performance and quality.
• Coordinate all site survey and estimation of Installation costing.
• Initiate optimization actions, follow-up and achieve optimal on radio AP/CPE performance
• Perform RF planning and Network optimization for link quality for clients
• Leads RF team to field work to ensure clients’ links problem resolution
• Provides capacity planning and growth strategies for AP and CPE
• Develop training materials and host training sessions for RF teams
• Coordinate with vendors on major problems on RF products
• Implementation of RF workout recommendation defined by RF Manager

Requirements / Qualification

• B.Engr / B.TECH / HND / B.Sc in Electronics and Telecom Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Computer Science / Applied Sciences.
• Minimum of Required Experience: 3-5 year(s)
• Required Experience within an ISP industry, RF environment, and previous experience in troubleshooting, optimizing, and designing in wireless communication sites.

Key Skills:

• The candidate’s back ground shall include experience and skills on radio network RF planning and optimization, focused on the enhancement of existing Networks and Services aimed at improving the Customer Experience.
• The candidate shall be proficient on Network & Service Architectures of radio network.
