Job Title: Administrator/HR Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Descriptions
- He/She will be responsible for managing and overseeing all operational and administrative processes to ensure a conducive work environment and smooth workflow
- He/she will also plan and implement the end-to-end employee recruitment, selection process and continuous post employment performance management in line with the laid down policies and procedures of the organization
- Applicants for this role are expected to be tactful and discrete when dealing with people and confidential information.
Requirements
- Relevant Academic and/or Professional Qualification for the position applied for
- 4 years related work experience is acceptable.
- Solid leadership, research and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask and key into Organization’s goals in a way that aligns to candidate’s personal growth and long term career objectives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skillsTHIS IS CRUCIAL.
- Attention to Details and Social/ Emotional Intelligence
