We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Risk & Compliance Associate

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

Conduct Risk Assessment on clients / merchants, new & existing projects with applicable remediation initiatives
Conduct / Manage Transaction & merchant activity monitoring
System tuning / maintenance of Fraud prevention engine
Review & ensure compliance with AML-CFT Policies (and other policies) as well as manage AML-CFT related enquiries
Conduct Regulatory research (Pan-African)
Work closely with Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) during PCI DSS Assessment

Requirements

Good communication skills
Excellent problem solving skills
Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in risk and compliance (preferably in the e-Payment space – Bank or FINTECH)
Must be very familiar with the Card Schemes’ rules (Visa & Mastercard)
Must have a good understanding of the Card Schemes’ Risk & Compliance programs
Basic – Intermediate MS Excel skills is key
Must be flexible with time i.e. must be able to work extended hours
Must be always reachable
