They are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Sales and Customer Relationship Personnel
Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day administration and operations of the store.
- Ensure all products are kept in good condition and properly displayed to maximize sales and profitability.
- Develop strategies to drive sales, increase customer engagement, enhance store visibility physically and online
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, customers and other key stakeholders
- Provide consultation, education and direction to customer on the company’s products.
- Maintain the store records and accounting books
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
- Ensure complaints are resolved and service is quick and efficient.
Qualifications/ Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field
- 0- 2 years working experience in sales or customer services.
- An excellent customer service orientation and commitment.
- Attention to detail and Multi-tasking
- Social Media Savvy
- Basic Accounting or Record Keeping Skills.
