Job Description
- Experienced Sales and Marketing Executive (Female) with expertise in sales and business development, in Kano State is being sought by a young logistics, supply chain/distribution organization.
Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and retain new business prospects and engage them in the company’s products and services.
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Advise Management on services & products based on client needs.
- Ensure adequate communication with clients regarding their needs and interests and provide sales representation when needed.
- Design/ draft content-filled proposals for prospective clients.
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
- Assemble and manage a team of freelance salespeople, where required.
- Manage the marketing department, including but not limited to brand content, social media and campaign strategies, physical and digital marketing, and advertisement.
- Design and propose team members KPIs in line with the organizational objectives.
- Identify market trends and insights from end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and use the information to drive and optimize marketing.
- Work with Management and team to brainstorm exceptional and innovative growth strategies
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess a good First Degree or equivalent in Marketing or related discipline with a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience and proven marketing, sales, and business development skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Hausa languages is compulsory.
- Great understanding of market segmentation
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Our ideal skills, which must not be more than 35 years old, must be computer literate, dynamic, and result oriented. Must be a team player, a goal getter.
Soft Skills:
- Creative, intuitive, alert, optimistic and hands-on
- Great convincing and negotiation skills
- Flexible mindset in market psychology and analysis
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage self and others.
Technical Skills:
- Candidates should be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Salary
- N80,000 – N120,000 / month.
- Attractive + Commission + welfare package.
