Job Title: Sales and Resource Coordinator

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

Process sale orders that reach the company by phone and e-mail.
Create records for new customers, including KYC details, and record the same in system after approval.
Collect and Maintain Sales data
Assist in Preparing target reports, other relevant information and circulating to sales team.
Generating Sales Reports as desired & as per defined frequency.
Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet sales targets.
Maintain records of sales and compare them with targets to help management monitor the team’s progress.

Requirements

The ideal candidate must be mentally agile, strategic, detail oriented and possess good communication skills.
Bachelor’s Degree in any reputable institution.
Minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar position
Customer Relationship Management and Microsoft Office proficiency.
Identification of Customer Needs and Challenges.
Strong organizational and communication skill
