Job Description
- We are hiring sales engineers who will help our users identify the most ideal resources for their children.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Converting potential customers virtually by answering product/service questions, suggesting information about subscription plans, payment options and devices.
- Bringing any relevant issues to the sales lead attention immediately
- Achieving and maintaining proficiency with our growth strategy
- Consistently staying up-to-date with new Gradely product updates
- Providing weekly reports on customer feedback to management through the CRM app
- Providing assistance to the growth team when needed
Requirements
You are our ideal candidate if you possess:
- Experience with building customer relationships
- Good negotiation skills
- Creative approach to sales
- Excellent communication skills,
- Previous experience with telesales
- Ability to work with modern software
