Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • We are looking to employ Sales executives for media buying who have experience working in Agencies
  • They will research and develop various sales channels for products and services. Implements sales plans and works to meet sales target
  • Tracks sales data and identify areas of improvement.

Job Duties

  • Understanding digital channels
  • Developing effective media buying strategies
  • Negotiating ad space and time slots with various media outlet
  • Sets sales schedules and coordinates with internal team to ensure that sales target objectives are achieved
  • Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, etc.
  • Contacts and communicates with potential partners and customers to ensure business deals are sealed
  • Answers questions from clients about product and service benefits
  • Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service
  • Tracks sales data and works to meet the sales team targets
  • Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve sales performance
  • Creates and presents regular performance reports for managers and executives
  • Implements and adheres to company policies and procedures
  • Attends trade shows and travels to meet clients as needed
  • Sell products and services to leads and potential clients
  • Continually assess marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales
  • Stay up-to-date on current market trends
  • Own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Send out prospecting Emails to potential customers daily
  • Make cold calls on a daily basis

Skills and Qualifications

  • Has 3-5 years Sales experience in an Agency
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Customer Service
  • Client Relationships management
  • Data Tracking
  • B.Sc/B.A in Marketing, Advertising or related field
  • A qualification or knowledge of Inbound Marketing will be key.
