Job Summary

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle.
  • They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones.
  • They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Selling the company’s property/investment portfolio and ensuring maximum profitability
  • Identify sales leads and pitch product to new clients.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales target
  • Managing full sales process from initial contact with a client, through to closing the sale.
  • Conduct seminars and training sessions for affiliates in order to give product knowledge and improve sales techniques
  • Maintain contact and nurture relationships that connect with clients to generate more sales
  • Recruit and manage affiliates and providing leadership and coaching

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years working as Business Development Manager, Sales Manager or Sales Executive in a reputable Real Estate firm, investment management firm or mortgage bank
  • Must be commission focused
  • Experience working to and exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of real estate sales process
  • Should have a car for mobility.

Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 plus great commission plan and incentives
