Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands client base and extends global reach
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
- Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting client relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Assist in making sales presonnel hiring decisions.
- Set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled
- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fufill them
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Oversee the sales team to ensure company quotas and standards are met by holding daily/weeklycheck-ins with team to set objectives for the day/weekly and monitor progress regularly
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and Bisuness Development.
- Ideal candidate must have sold IT Solutions and services.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Experience setting sales goals and meeting them.
