Valuefronteira Limited is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Requirements
The ideal candidate should:

Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Marketing or a related field.
Have a good command of the English language.
Have 4+ years of experience in luxury sales and must have occupied a marketing role for at least 2 of them.
Be computer literate and be proficient in the use of digital business tools including Microsoft Office package and Google docs.

The sales & marketing manager will:

Provide daily leadership for sales and customer service staff.
Ensure compliance with internal processes.
Work with management to realise a good portion of the annual forecasted revenue.
Be responsible for delivering an agreed revenue target within set timelines.
Create engaging sales pitches to win clients.
Engage in customer targeting, lead acquisition and conversion activities.
Ensure recovery of contract amounts from clients.
Participate in sales events and exhibitions.
Monitor the competition and recommend product improvements.
