Job Title: Sales Supervisor
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job Summary
- The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for managing sales staff and coordinating several sales activities, will supervise and motivate the sales team, and implement appropriate strategies to improve sales.
- The sales supervisor will coordinate daily sales activities, and assist customers and staff during business hours.
Responsibilities
- Oversee sales activities aimed at increasing sales.
- Organize and coordinate activities of sales representatives.
- Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals.
- Implement strategies to sell products.
- Retain existing customers by providing excellent and prompt customer services.
- Feedback to the management on competitors, activities, market situations and customer’s complaint.
- Resolves customer’s complaints questions and issues.
- Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
- Maintains store’s cleanliness.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND or B.Sc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any other related field
- Minimum of 2 years previous work experience in a restaurant or confectionery
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer care service; ability to access customers needs and provide a positive customer experience
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
