Job Title: Senior Corporate Sales Executive
Locations: Abuja and Lagos
Type: Full Time
Reports to: Head, Corporate Sales
Job Profile
- As part of our business expansion strategy, we are currently seeking talented and skillful persons with a strong passion for the e-commerce space to join our Konga Business to Business Sales Team.
- The candidate must be young, attractive, and passionate to attract customers.
- He/she will be responsible for Sourcing, identifying and attracting key accounts and at the same time building and maintaining good cliental relationships.
- The ideal candidates must have good communication and persuasive skills and should be stress-tolerant to ensure a high return on investment (ROI.).
Professional Skills & Qualifications Required
- A First Degree in any discipline but a Degree in Marketing is an added advantage.
- 2 – 5 years of experience required
- Must be smart, trainable and passionate about sales
- Must possess a can-do attitude
- Good communication skills.
- Candidates can be a female or male
- Good listening, and problem-solving skills
- Computer savvy
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent in relationship management
- Good and effective communication skills
- Report writing. Knowledge of sales principles and practices
- Data entry and numeracy skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
- Creative thinking skills
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective Corporate
- Organizations.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential corporate clients to meet their needs.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Create new corporate accounts.
- Reach out to corporate organizations through cold calling.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and
- potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Follow up with debt recovery/trade receivables.
