We are a boutique consulting firm located in Lagos Island with over 40 seasoned professionals with varied experiences in both the private and public sectors, playing a leading role in providing consulting and capacity building solutions in various sectors of the economy (Power, Oil & Gas, Financial Services, Manufacturing and Governments) in Nigeria and across the African Continent.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior HR Consultant

Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

The Senior HR Consultant will be assigned the following primary responsibilities:

Initiate and lead Human Resource consulting programs and projects
Drive extensive business development in HR Consulting
Provide bespoke solutions in response to client needs
Provide advice and guidance to the HR consulting team
Formulate strategic and practical plans to drive new cutting edge offerings and portfolio growth
Devise plans and techniques for change and culture management
Assist in the development and integration of policies
Select and implement suitable HR technology for the delivery of client solutions
Help establish control systems for compliance with the firm’s business methods and practices
Establish and sustain the leadership position of the Practice

Requirements

This ideal candidate must possess the following:

A B.Sc. Degree with First class or Second Class upper in an HR-related field from a top-tier University.
A Masters Degree and a Human Resource professional certification will be an added advantage.
A Minimum of 15 years of successful HR experience locally and overseas
Minimum of 10 years of C-suite level business development experience
Strong Project Management experience
Excellent business writing skills
Strong presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Project)
A team player
Attention to detail
Time Management & organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent leadership skills
