Job Title: Senior Recruiter

Location: Nigeria (Remote)
Employment Type: Contract

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities in our team:

Recruiting passive candidates using channels that are most applicable to your region
Reviewing candidates’ profiles and resumes, including those who actively applied to our posted roles
Screening and interviewing candidates
Making sure candidates get timely feedback at each stage of the recruitment and shepherding them throughout the process or transferring them for the further part of the process to relevant team members
Managing candidates in ATS and other internal systems
Proactively suggesting new channels and approaches
Measuring and reporting on recruiting metrics.

Requirements
Who you are:

Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 3 years work experience.
You have strong experience in recruitment across different software engineering roles within the technology industry in Nigeria and possess a good network of local talent.
You take ownership of your projects
You have strong prioritization skills, and you can communicate effectively even in the most demanding situations
You thrive in changing environments, varying levels of responsibilities and challenging objectives
You are independent and proactive; you can organize your daily work yourself and you require little to no supervision
Integrity is among your top values, and you understand confidential aspects of recruitment and selection
You are eager to learn
You are a fluent English speaker
