Fadac Resources – Our client is a Global Trading And Distribution Company with a network of offices and subsidiaries spanning more than 39 countries in Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Americas. They have a network of showrooms and workshops across 12 countries and an assembly plant. They enhanced their distribution portfolio with farm machinery in addition to automobiles the company produces passenger cars, trucks, vans, coaches, buses, sports cars, construction equipment, and military vehicles.
They are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Senior Sales Executive
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Identify, generate qualified leads
- Develop & initiate field sales process in the allocated territory
- Build & maintain relationships with existing customers
- Generate new Key Account customers
- Meet set sales revenue & ABP
- Develop & Implement marketing activities in the allocated territory
- Prepare daily, quarterly sales reports
- Ensure compliance with company’s standard operating procedures & customer engagement
- Apply understanding of market trends & competition activities with necessary initiative of enhancing the sales process
- Apply adequate product knowledge in resolving customer objections and complaints.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc Degree / HND qualification
- 5+ years experience in Sales of Automobiles
- Proven Mechanical qualification
- A problem-solving ability
- Self-motivated and driven by targets
- Resilience
- Ability to follow established procedures and practices
- The ability to influence and negotiate with others
- Strong communication skills – including both verbal and written
- Numerical skills
- Ability to analyze demographic information from nearby regions to determine worthwhile territories
