Description

  • Our client is recruiting a Senior Sales Executive to join their team of business development associates, to create scalable sales strategies and drive revenue growth. The Sales Executive represents the company’s brand and drives strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Seeing as they are in a hyper-growth mode, Sales is critical to that success. They are looking for someone who is a self-starters, comfortable working in an unstructured environment, inquisitive, personable, and looking to play a big role in the future of tech.
  • The Sales Executive represents the company’s brand and drives strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends.

You will be required to:

  • Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets as approved on a consistent monthly basis.
  • Forecast sales on a weekly and monthly cadence, track sales team performance metrics, and report data on a regular basis to management
  • Engage with product and Engineering teams to help drive product strategy.
  • Prepares all necessary sales report to keep management abreast of the performance of the products, market situational reports, market survey, feedback and address key issues that move the company to the next level required.
  • Ensure that key account activities for customers are aligned with the agreed KPIs.
  • Generating reports to update management on the activities of the unit and proffer advice for business generation and overall marketing and people resourcing strategy.
  • Continuously iterate on and improve upon sales processes as the business evolves and expands into new markets.

Requirements

  • Be capable of leading people and delivering value through people
  • Familiarity with selling a technical product, API experience preferred
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to understand complex business requirements and propose appropriate solutions
  • 3 to 5 years of experience managing a high-performing sales team
  • Excellent skills in communication, interpersonal relationships, thought leadership and team management
  • Analytical thinker who loves to solve problems
  • Attention to detail.
