A conglomerate with diverse investment in Telecoms, Oil & Gas and Real Estate in Nigeria and West Africa requires the services of suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:
Job Title: Senior Secretary
Location: Nigeria
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
- File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners.
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system. Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders.
- Make travel arrangements.
- Document expenses and hand in reports.
Requirements
General Qualifications Required:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Secretarial Studies or any related field.
- Relevant training certifications will be added advantages.
- Mature male and female candidates acceptable,
Experience/Competency Required:
- Minimum of 12 years cognate experience in secretarial management.
- Not less than 40 years old.
- Must have worked as confidential secretary to the Managing Director or related position.
- High degree of integrity and confidentiality.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.
