Job Description
- We are urgently looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
- Handle requests and queries appropriately.

- Take dictation and minutes.
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
Job Requirements
- Min Required Experience: 2 years
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree/HND
- Desired Courses: Not Specified
Other Requirements:
- MS Office and English proficiency.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- A Degree in English,Mass Communication, International Relation or any related course.
- Candidates must have at least second class lower from any Reputable Institution.
- Qualified Applicants must be Lagos Resident.
