We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Site Engineer

Locations: Ikeja, Ipaja, Alimosho – Lagos

Job Description / Responsibilities

Supervise site construction works to meet deadlines and ensure prompt delivery
Participate in site work, stay on budget and adhere to the original vision for each work
Visit all estate and proposed locations and estate location
Work with the Business Development Manager to schedule site inspection dates and communicate to relevant parties accordingly.
Ensure the readiness of each site before the scheduled inspection/allocation date.
Prepare the budget for site inspection and submit it to the management
Ensure that all vehicles and other materials are ready ahead of each site inspection/allocation date.
It is mandatory that you keep all company vehicles in working condition after each site inspection.
Specify materials needed for the construction of projects and coordinate works between various contractors.
