Job Title: SME Senior Sales Agent / Team Leader

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Sales of Moniva’s SME’s products to suitable clients
• Follow up on all KYC documents required for onboarding suitable clients
• Ability to meet and surpass monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree
• Good experience as a senior sales / team lead or similar role
• Previous experience in commercial or microfinance bank as a loan officer
• Good experience in SME financing
• Good organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Creativity and commercial awareness
• A team player with a customer-oriented approach.
