Proten International – Our client, a leading Solar invention company is currently seeking application from suitably qualified candidate to fill the position below:

Job Title: Solar Energy Promoter

Locations: Lagos (Badagry, Ikorodu, Surulere, Alimosho, Ikeja, Ketu, Lagos Island), Ondo, Ekiti (Ikole, Ikere), Oyo, Ogun (Ijebu, Ifo, Ilaro, Sango, Odeda) and Kwara

Responsibilities

Serve as Key account manages to clients
Ensure all customers remit monthly quota as at when due
Create awareness in their designated territories and carry out direct sales to end-users.
Find new customers and constantly expand the business
Manage the assigned cluster and ensure sales targets are achieved through pushing stock out to end users.
Monitor sales data and keep up to date with current market trends and customer needs which includes customer queries and complaints
Ensure prompt installation of product after payment is done by customer.
Focus on building relationship with customers by attending to all queries and enquires.
Ensure constant relationship with customers.
Be aware of all competitive activities within the territory and report immediately

Requirements

A diploma in a business related field (OND/HND/B.Sc)
Previous sales experience with demonstrable and successful sales track record
Ability to communicate effectively
Full understanding of retail fundamentals
Relevant industry background in a related FMCG industry will be an added advantage
Experience working in a rapid sales growth environment
An ability to build relationships with people at all levels
Strong mindset for continuous improvement and meeting or exceeding expectations and able to demonstrate complete discretion and confidentiality
Strong will for pushing sales is highly required.
