Job Title: Solution Sales Manager
Locations: Abuja (FCT) & Lagos

About the Position
- They are seeking to recruit the services of a Solution Sales Manager who will lead a team of sales people to build professional relationships that will increase sales and make the business or organization more profitable.
- The successful candidate must have proven sales acumen by producing sales and meeting or surpassing established sales quotas.
- He/she must have previous management experience and experience leading a successful sales team.
- Able to promotes a motivational culture within the company.
- He/she should be able to develop new sales strategies that bring more revenue and training members of their sales team to execute these strategies.
Responsibilities
- Good understanding of customer network and business requirements and design solutions based on products, competition, profitability, and deliverability
- Customer communication and guidance capabilities: Be able to effectively transfer product and solution values.
- Project operation capability: Be able to formulate solution strategies, implement solutions, and achieve project success.
- Customer communication skills: Be able to speak, communicate, and learn, and have a good sense of service.
Qualifications
- B.Sc / M.Sc Degree
- At least five years of pre-sales work experience.
- Have HCIP/CCNP certification or higher.
- Have general knowledge of the latest network technology solutions in the industry, including SD-WAN and DNA.
- Previous working experiences in Cisco, Nokia, Ericsson.
- Have operation experience in more than five projects with a scale of US$1 million or more.
