St. Louis, Enterprise Center to host 2025 NCAA Frozen Four
St. Louis will host the men’s NCAA Frozen Four — the college hockey equivalent of basketball’s Final Four — in 2025.
The St. Louis Blues, University of Vermont and St. Louis Sports Commission partnered to bring the games, which will be held at Enterprise Center, to St. Louis, the NCAA announced Wednesday.
St. Louis last hosted the event in 2007, when Michigan State beat Boston College to win the national championship.
“We are thrilled to be able to welcome back the NCAA Men’s Frozen Four to Enterprise Center,” said Chris Zimmerman, president/CEO of business operations for Enterprise Center and the Blues. “Our work with the city and state to invest in the reimagining of Enterprise Center is once again attracting top championship events.”
“The University of Vermont is honored to be serving as the host NCAA institution for the 2025 Frozen Four in St. Louis,” Vermont AD Jeff Schulman said. “I want to offer a special thank you to Blues president Chris Zimmerman (who played hockey at Vermont) and his staff and the outstanding staff at the St. Louis Sports Commission for their commitment to college hockey and putting on what I know will be a first-class event for participants, fans and the entire college hockey community.”
“We look forward to welcoming everyone to the Heartland of Hockey and creating an unbelievable atmosphere for the student-athletes, coaches, fans, media and officials,” St. Louis Sports Commission vice president Chris Roseman said.
