Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Ensure that the store is kept clean and organized
Take delivery of incoming inventory and reconcile with purchase orders.
Manage inventory/supplies and ensure they are within the established minimum and maximum levels.
Keep up-to-date records of receipts, records and withdrawals from the warehouse.
Record and update the company’s inventory system including generating monthly/periodic reports
Daily distribution and issuance of supplies, materials and/or equipment based on requests and orders.
Identify and dispose damaged items while following guidelines and procedures.
Oversee the movement of equipment and any minor repairs within the warehouse.
Maintain ethical relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

At least ND in Business Administration, Warehouse Management or any Business related discipline.
Knowledge of bookkeeping and inventory management
Previous experience in a similar role
Data entry skills
Ability to communicate effectively and maintain appropriate store records.
Energetic.
