Description

  • We’re looking for an organized and goal driven Store keeper to join our growing team at our company.
  • The candidate will work closely with other operations personnel and be responsible for the day-to-day handling of the company’s Supply Chain Management, We’re an energetic company and we are looking for a passionate individual to join our organization and bring strategic value to our finance team.

Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming parts and materials and add to database.
  • Inspect goods received and ensuring they are of accurate quantity, type, and also acceptable quality.
  • Label / code materials as they are received at the warehouse.
  • Record any damaged, missing or faulty goods.
  • Maintain accurate daily inventory records through the use of a computerized inventory system.
  • Ensure proper documentation of material flow.
  • Provide regular status report of material flow
  • Give and file reports about lost, stolen or damaged items.
  • Maintain clean work environment in the warehouse area.
  • Maintain store security at all times.
  • To provide store management and constantly review warehouse systems including but not limited to safe storage, stock taking, inventories and goods dispatch
  • Ensure all stock records are maintained to a good standard in your location
  • Keep track of inbound and outbound goods
  • Ensure a proper database of all stock movement are maintained.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 6 years of Experience
  • English fluency,
  • BSc Social or Management Science, and Member – Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply Management of Nigeria.
  • Preferred Years of Experience: 4-6 years.

Remuneration
N70,000 – N100,000 / month.
