Job Description

We seek a Store Manager who will be responsible for physical storage of raw materials, consumables, spares and finished products to prevent spoilage and pilferage, and make them available to user departments as required.

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise all stores administrative activities
Draw up and coordinate a detailed plan to ensure that all items in the stores are kept safe and in good condition
Ensure accurate records are kept for stock items in ERP system
Ensure the correct level of inventory is maintained in line company guidelines by constantly liaising with various departments
Train Store staff to maximize individual and team performance
Coordinate the receipt and inspection of all incoming and outgoing material/equipment and reconcile with purchase orders, documents, track damages and discrepancies
Provide all required documents and reports in a timely manner
Perform other job-related duties as and when necessary.
