Storekeeper at Eko Maintenance Limited
Eko Maintenance Limited is a rapidly growing Facility Management Company that specializes in maintenance of high rise building facilities with office located in Victoria Island, Lagos.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Storekeeper
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the storeroom
- Receive, unload, and shelve supplies
- Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, and labeling supplies
- Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies
- Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
- Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
- Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs
- Document supplies and inventory of materials in the storeroom
- Report to the Procurement department.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND / B.Sc Degree
- 2+ years of working experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or recordkeeping
- Very good in using a computer and applications such as Microsoft Excel
- Physical ability to frequently lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 pounds
- Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management
- Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time
- Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management.
