Job Title: Stores Supervisor – Female
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Coordinate the activities of the stores as well as maintain adequate and accurate records and reporting process
- Take responsibility for the sales of the stores and be accountable for the coordination of all the sales staff on ground.
- Establish new markets for the stores products and continuously explore avenues to push products out to more customers.
- Ensure adequate stock taking and control procedures are implemented for efficient stock turnaround.
- Provide daily reports to management on the performance of the stores
- Provide regular feedback to management on the performance of the sales staff
- Establish performance measurement criteria for all processes
- Manage the social media handles of the stores
Minimum Requirements
- Must be a female
- Prior experience in a similar capacity will be an added advantage
- HND/BSC in Accounting or any social science field of study
- Ability to work with minimum or no supervision
- Ability to coordinate the activities of a team of 5 or more sales staff
- Creative, innovative and time consciousness
- Must be ready to work on Saturdays or flexible working hours
- Must reside around Gbagada axes for ease of commuting
