A leading indigenous Company in the Oil and Gas Industry is seeking to engage the services of experienced and efficient individuals to fill the position below:

Job Title: Structural Engineer

Location: Nigeria

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of BSc/B.Tech in Civil Engineering/Architecture or equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in a similar position.
Good knowledge of MS Office and structural design software
Very good knowledge of English.
Independent, interdisciplinary building skill and knowledge.
High level of motivation and commitment
Must be a member of COREN Professional qualification will be an added advantage
Must be versatile with designs of building.
Experienced in analysing configurations of basic structural components of a building or other structure
Requisite experience in considering the strength of various materials to see how their inclusion may necessitate a change of structural design.
Knowledge in liaising with other designers including Architects to agree on safe designs and their fit with the aesthetic concept of the construction.
Must be able to make drawings specification and computer models of structures for building contractors.
Must have strong analytical and technical skills
Must be sensitive to timeliness and deadlines and ensure work is accomplished within the stipulated time.
Age 45 years and above.
