Accountant

General Job Duties

  • Prepares asset and liability, and compiles and analyzes account information.
  • Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
  • Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
  • Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
  • Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
  • Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Secures financial information by completing database backups.
  • Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
  • Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
  • Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
  • Complies with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, HND qualification with 3 – 10 years work experience.

Salary
N50,000 – N70,000 / month.

 

Business Development Executive

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers.
  • Grow the company’s client base through Direct Sales Activities to potential customers
  • Scheduling appointments and meeting potential customers in order to update them on the present and current product offers of the firm.
  • Provide professional presentations to customers for up-to-date service, and latest product release.
  • Deposit mobilization.
  • Identifying and qualifying prospective customers through research, networking, and cold-calling.
  • Creating marketing campaigns and working with the company’s external PR agency to see them executed.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, HND qualification with 2 – 10 years work experience.

Sales Representative

Loan Officer

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Explain to customers the different types of loans available, as well as the terms of those services.
  • Meet applicants to obtain information for loan applications and to answer questions about the process.
  • Analyze applicants’ financial status, credit evaluations to determine the feasibility of granting loans.
  • Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants’ credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other financial information, and also review and update credit and loan files.
  • Review loan agreements to ensure that they are complete and accurate according to policy.
  • Negotiate payment arrangements with customers who have delinquent/bad loans.
  • Market the company’s products to individuals and firms, in order to promote the company’s services that may meet customers’ needs.
  • Provide special services such as investment savings for clients with more specialized needs.
  • Analyze potential loan markets and develop referral networks in order to locate prospects for loans.
  • Compute payment schedules, and also prepare reports to send to customers whose accounts are delinquent, and forward irreconcilable accounts for collector action.
  • Seek out new clients by contacting companies and people
  • Adheres to any and all company policies and procedures and any other function that may be assigned.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or HND qualification with 2-10 years work experience.

Salary
N40,000 – N60,000 / Month.
